2. What the Platform is
The Platform reads documents and returns structured data, each value accompanied by a confidence score. It is an assistive tool. Its output is not a certified record and does not replace the original document or human verification. Where the Platform cannot verify a value to the required confidence, it withholds that value rather than emitting an unreliable one.
3. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Platform — source code, trained models and weights, derived lexicons, interfaces, designs and marks — belongs exclusively to the Company. Customers retain ownership of the documents they submit and of the output produced from them.
4. Governing language and law
The Arabic text of these documents governs; any translation is provided for convenience, and the Arabic prevails on any question of interpretation. These documents are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction.
