What we process, retention, and data subject rights under the PDPL.ما نعالجه ومدة الاحتفاظ وحقوق صاحب البيانات وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
1. Regulatory commitment
barmajiat alriyadah aldhakiah complies with the Personal Data Protection Law of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, issued by Royal Decree M/19 as amended, together with its Implementing Regulations and SDAIA guidance. The Company is the data controller for data processed through the trial.
2. What we process

3. Lawful basis and purpose
Documents are processed on the User’s explicit request for the single purpose of performing the extraction or classification requested. Connection data is processed on the legitimate interest of protecting the Service and enforcing its limits.
4. What we do not do
- We do not retain uploaded documents or write them to persistent storage.
- We do not use user documents to train models.
- We do not sell or share Personal Data with third parties for marketing.
- No transfer outside the Kingdom occurs except as permitted by the PDPL and its regulations.
5. Data subject rights
Under the PDPL, data subjects have the right to be informed, to access their data, to request it in a readable format, to request its correction, and to request its destruction when no longer needed. To exercise any right, contact privacy@smartleadtech.com. Given the short retention window (15 minutes), most data will already have been destroyed automatically before a request is received.
6. Security
Processing runs in memory within the server environment, and size and quota limits are applied before any model executes. For production deployment the Platform is installed on the client’s own internal servers with no external connectivity, so documents never leave the client’s network.

١- الالتزام النظامي
تلتزم مؤسسة برمجيات الريادة الذكية بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/١٩) وتعديلاته ولائحته التنفيذية، وبما يصدر عن الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا). والشركة هي جهة التحكم في البيانات المعالَجة عبر النسخة التجريبية.

٣- الأساس النظامي والغرض
تُعالَج الوثائق بناءً على طلب المستخدم الصريح ولغرضٍ واحد هو تنفيذ عملية الاستخراج أو التصنيف التي طلبها. وتُعالَج بيانات الاتصال بناءً على المصلحة المشروعة في حماية الخدمة وتطبيق حدودها.
٤- ما الذي لا نفعله
- لا نحتفظ بالوثائق المرفوعة ولا نكتبها على وسائط تخزين دائمة.
- لا نستخدم وثائق المستخدمين في تدريب النماذج.
- لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.
- لا تُنقل البيانات خارج المملكة إلا وفق ما يجيزه النظام ولوائحه.
٥- حقوق صاحب البيانات
لصاحب البيانات — وفق النظام — الحق في العلم، والوصول إلى بياناته، وطلب الحصول عليها بصيغة واضحة، وطلب تصحيحها أو تحديثها، وطلب إتلافها متى انتفت الحاجة إليها. ولممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق يُراسَل: privacy@smartleadtech.com. ونظرًا لقِصر مدة الاحتفاظ (1.0 = ١٥ دقيقة) فإن معظم البيانات تكون قد أُتلفت تلقائيًا قبل ورود الطلب.
٦- الأمن
تعمل المعالجة في الذاكرة داخل بيئة الخادم، وتُطبَّق حدود الحجم والحصص قبل تشغيل أي نموذج. وللنشر الإنتاجي داخل جهة العميل تُركَّب المنصة على خوادمها الداخلية دون أي اتصال خارجي، بحيث لا تغادر الوثائق شبكة الجهة إطلاقًا.
