Terms of use, trial limits, liability and jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance

By using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, and that you have legal capacity to contract. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Scope of the trial

The Platform is currently offered as a free trial for technical evaluation only, subject to:

  • one hundred (100) requests per IP address;
  • one thousand (1,000) requests per day across the entire server;
  • a maximum per-file size enforced by the system and shown at upload.

These limits are applied before any model runs, and the Company may vary them or withdraw the trial at any time. The trial must not be used to process real production data. Unlimited use is provided by installing the Platform on the client’s own internal servers under a separate agreement.

3. User obligations

  • Not to upload any Document you lack a lawful basis to process.
  • To obtain the required lawful basis before uploading Personal Data relating to others.
  • Not to circumvent quotas, attempt unauthorised access, or reverse-engineer the models.
  • Not to use the Platform for any purpose contrary to the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Platform, its models, weights, lexicons and documentation remains owned by barmajiat alriyadah aldhakiah. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its authorised purpose. Users retain ownership of their own Documents and Output.

5. Limitation of liability

The trial Platform is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to accuracy of Output or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company accepts no liability for any decision taken on the basis of Output without human verification. In all cases the Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts actually paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months — which, for the free trial, is zero.

6. Privacy

Processing of Personal Data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Platform, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Amendment and termination

The Company may amend these Terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date, and may suspend or terminate access for any User in breach, without prior notice.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent judicial authorities in Jubail shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
