1. Owning entity

SLT OCR (the “Platform” or “Service”) is a product wholly owned by barmajiat alriyadah aldhakiah, and forms part of the SmartLeadTech ecosystem. All intellectual property in the Platform — source code, trained models and weights, derived lexicons, interfaces, designs and marks — is owned exclusively by the Company.

2. Definitions

Platform
The SLT OCR service provided through this website and its APIs.
User
Any natural or legal person accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.
Trial
Free use bounded by the quotas set out in the Terms, provided for technical evaluation only.
Document
Any file uploaded by a User for processing.
Personal Data
Any data, however sourced or formed, by which an individual may specifically be identified, as defined in the Personal Data Protection Law.
Output
The extracted fields, classifications and confidence scores the Platform produces for a Document.
PDPL
The Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree M/19, as amended, together with its Implementing Regulations and the guidance of the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

3. Nature of the product

The Platform is an assistive automated extraction tool operating on statistical models that emit results accompanied by a confidence score. Output is not an official statement or a certified record and does not substitute for the original document or for human verification. The Platform is designed to withhold a value when confidence is low rather than to emit an unreliable one.

4. Governing language

The Arabic text of these documents governs. Any translation is provided for convenience, and in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation the Arabic text prevails.
