Permitted use, prohibited conduct and consequences of breach.

1. Permitted use

The trial is provided to evaluate the Platform’s capabilities on documents the User has a lawful basis to process. Any other use is unauthorised.

2. Expressly prohibited

  • Uploading identity documents belonging to other people without a lawful basis.
  • Circumventing usage limits or spoofing network addresses to obtain further quota.
  • Using Output for forgery, impersonation or any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer or reconstruct the models, weights or lexicons.
  • Security scanning or penetration testing without the Company’s prior written permission.
  • Automated bulk use that degrades availability for other users.

3. Consequences

The Company may suspend access immediately and without notice on suspicion of breach, and reserves all legal remedies.
